Musslin's Bakery

The Bakery Musslin, like the Swan's Pharmacy, have an original Hansi's Store Sign. Hansi represented a Pretzel  for the main sign. However, he also represented Croissants, a Baguette and an Alsatian Kougelhof. It is important to see that the traditional Alsatian products are decorated of the French flag under many forms : flowers, pennants, ... . By this, Hansi transmit a discrete message which is : Alsace is and will always be part of France.

Finally, we can see a little mouse in the corner of the wall. Hansi make here a pun with the name Musslin, the owner of the bakery, with the Alsatian word "Missala" which mean in Alsatian Little Mouse.
